PDFMax is a small team building free online PDF tools on top of the open-source Stirling-PDF engine. We do not run a phone line or live chat, but we read every message we receive and reply as quickly as we reasonably can.
General support
For questions, help using a tool, bug reports, or feature suggestions, get in touch with us. To help us respond faster, please include the name of the tool you were using, the browser and operating system you are on, and a clear description of what you expected versus what actually happened. Screenshots are welcome. Please do not attach confidential documents — a short description of the issue is almost always enough for us to reproduce it.
Bug reports and feature requests
- Bugs: tell us the steps to reproduce the problem and any error message you saw, and mention "Bug report" so we can route it quickly.
- Suggestions: we genuinely value ideas for new tools and improvements. Send them our way and mention "Feature request".
DMCA and abuse reports
To report content you believe infringes your copyright, or to report misuse of the service, get in touch with us and mention "DMCA" or "Abuse". For copyright claims, please identify the material in question, your relationship to it, and provide your contact details and a good-faith statement so we can act on the report.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Please report it responsibly rather than disclosing it publicly. Details of our policy and preferred contact method are published at /.well-known/security.txt. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to confirm and fix valid issues.
Response times
We operate on a best-effort basis and aim to acknowledge most messages within a few business days. Security and abuse reports are prioritized. Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays, so thank you in advance for your patience.
